Refunds will be applicable on products returned, and received, within 30 days of the shipping date, products must be unopened and in their original packaging and use of a shipping service that provides delivery confirmation (tracking number) is required. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we have received your return in house, we will give you a full refund less your original shipping cost. Vykon Inc. is not responsible for missing, damaged, or stolen packages via couriers – for these kinds of issues, Vykon Inc. will manage refunds and replacements on a case by case basis.
